The Meadowlands Charter Membership is a one-time
exclusive offering for a limited time and
available to the first 50 members who join with
payment in full of their Initiation Fee
applicable to their membership category.
The Charter Membership offers
each prospective member the use of Meadowlands
Golf Club for the following two options.
1. Pay the full
Entrance Fee of $3,000 and receive your first
six (6) months
with no
monthly dues. All additional services will be
at normal
published rates.
Each Charter Member
paying the full $3,000 Entrance Fee will be
granted
an additional 5-year residual benefit of one (1)
month waived
dues.
This free month will fall on the twelfth month
anniversary of
each
successive year that begins at the completion of
the six month
complimentary dues period. This will be
applicable to the membership
dues
category in effect at the time of the twelfth
month anniversary.
This
will last for a period of five (5) years for
each Charter Member
paying
the $3,000 Entrance Fee.
2. Pay a reduced Entrance Fee of
$1,750 and begin paying the appropriate
dues
according to you category. All additional
services will be at
normal
published rates.

CHARTER MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The
Charter Membership paying the full $3,000
Entrance Fee offers each prospective member the
use of Meadowlands Golf Club for their first six
(6) months with no monthly dues. All additional
services will be at normal published rates.
2. Each
Charter Member paying the full $3,000 Entrance
Fee will be granted an additional 5-year

membership dues category in effect at the time

3. If
a member is delinquent under item (24) of our
Rules & Regulations for payment of dues, they
will forfeit this benefit and be charged dues
for the twelfth month in any year their account
is past due at the beginning of their twelfth
month anniversary.
4. The
Charter Membership is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
5. Upon
resignation by a Charter Member, there is no
monetary value for any unused portion of the
waived dues in the twelfth month of each
successive year. As well, no portion of the
Entrance Fee is refundable.
6. All
other Rules & Regulations located in the
membership packet apply to all membership
categories including each Charter Member.
7. Corporations
wanting to join under the Charter Program are
welcome and will be required to pay the
applicable Entrance Fee for this program for
each member eligible under the Corporate
Membership guidelines. |
